How many raptors do you have to kill to get a Gundrak Hatchling? For me it was about 1500. 400+ on my Death Knight, Nithu, and 1042 on Dimity. It finally dropped this afternoon.

That’s not counting the 100+ raptors I killed around Drak’Tharon Keep before I realised I was in the wrong place! Still, I have it now, doesn’t it look cute?
In other news, Hulan got her first outing to Ulduar last night. The rest of the guild had downed the 1st boss when I was working so we had Ignis to do. We got him down on the 3rd try and given we only had 9 players on, that seemed quite good going. We’re going back tonight to try the next one (whose name I can’t remember at all).
Going back to Dimity, she had her first PvP outing today. I’m hopeless at PvP but a friend took me into Wintergrasp and fun was had by all. I actually managed to kill another player all on my own! Funniest moment of the day was when I fell of a ledge into a gang of about 30 horde, I died so fast it made my head spin.
1500?! Holy hulan, I just wouldn’t have the patience…although it is a very cute raptor.
It’s a bit like fishing, if you’re in the right mood it can be quite theraputic. Having said that, none of my characters will have one, hehe.
