That's really different from my experience in the States. I purchased my authenticator from the website yesterday morning with ease. It was 6.50 USD for the security token, 0.39 USD for the sales tax, and I had absolutely no shipping/handling fees. The sad thing is that so few people I've spoken to in-game even know that this exists. I'm definitely trying to push it because I really feel it's a wonderful idea.
